The Purpose of the Role
The Talent Acquisition team are on an exciting journey to build a Talent Acquisition model, attracting and engaging diverse talent who share our vision and values. This role will be critical to running the operational efforts of the team and ensuring the structure and framework which Talent Acquisition work within is fit-for-purpose. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the TA Operations Manager and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting and will have involvement in project delivery aligned to the Talent Acquisition strategy across the following workstreams:
o Attraction & Engagement
o Assessment & Selection
o Technology
o Reporting & Analytics
o Policy & Process Excellence
Principal Accountabilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects and initiatives which provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring systems and tools are fit-for-purpose and are operating at an optimum level. You’ll manage and develop stakeholder relationships within the People Function and the business function. Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Knowledge and experience
Proven recruitment experience from an agency or in-house background
The experience of managing technology vacancies, managing the end to end hiring process
Proven success in using varied direct sourcing methods to engage tech talent
Knowledge of talent acquisition technologies
Experience in using data and creating accurate reports for senior leaders
Previous experience of partnering with different people teams including People Partners and People Shared Services to support the hiring process
Experience of facilitating internal mobility across the business
Previous experience of supporting implementations of Talent Acquisition change projects and programmes within the business working in partnership with colleagues across the People Function
