The Talent Acquisition team are on an exciting journey to build a Talent Acquisition model, attracting and engaging diverse talent who share our vision and values. This role will be critical to running the operational efforts of the team and ensuring the structure and framework which Talent Acquisition work within is fit-for-purpose. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the TA Operations Manager and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting and will have involvement in project delivery aligned to the Talent Acquisition strategy across the following workstreams:

o Attraction & Engagement
o Assessment & Selection
o Technology
o Reporting & Analytics
o Policy & Process Excellence

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects and initiatives which provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring systems and tools are fit-for-purpose and are operating at an optimum level. You’ll manage and develop stakeholder relationships within the People Function and the business function. As part of our hybrid working approach, this role offers a mix of office working in London and from home. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver projects and initiatives aligned to the talent acquisition strategy, working in partnership with the HR business partnering team and business stakeholders
• Using your experience to drive and contribute to change, continuously assessing and improving the talent acquisition infrastructure and processes to support the business strategy and vision
• Provide advice and guidance on recruitment process, policy and technology to provide a positive candidate experience
• Provide accurate and concise reporting & analytics against agreed team/business deliverables

Attraction & Engagement:

• Working in partnership with the TA Partners to define and deliver campaign activity working in partnership with LinkedIn & other social partners tracking spend & ROI.
• Manage vacancy audit process across LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Maintain and update LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed employer brand pages, sharing relevant feedback with the People Partnering team, tracking monthly employer brand stats
• Maintain & update D&I job boards and networking platforms tracking relevant data
• Support TA Partners with ‘candidate adjustment’ requests from the assessment & selection process through to offer and onboarding, working with the Hiring Manager, H&S & IT
• Manage the TA inbox and triage all emails received ensuring candidate and hiring managers receive a response

Candidate offer management:

• Generate offer letters and respond to new joiner queries providing a positive onboarding experience.
• Arrange a ‘welcome’ call with new joiners to discuss the onboarding process, carrying out relevant document vetting checks and new joiner laptop requests
• Attend weekly new joiner onboarding calls with the People Shared Services Centre to discuss any onboarding concerns, providing relevant updates to the TA Partners
• Provide offer & pre-onboarding updates during the process to the Hiring Manager

TA Team support:

• Provide monthly updates within the TA Operations meeting on project & change initiatives, gaining feedback/approval from the team
• Arrange and organise ‘Guests’ joining the TA Team meetings and co-ordinate team development workshops
• Manage the Induction process for the new TA colleagues joining the team including organising the introduction meeting schedule

Reporting & dashboard:

• Weekly report, Monthly dashboard inc YTD and D&I
• Glassdoor and LinkedIn Employer Brand dashboard
• Ad Hoc reporting
• Track TA Monthly Achievements / Project plan deliverables
