These roles are a great opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future growth and direction of our People & Culture services, supporting our national workforce.
The successful applicants will have a choice of work location across our Victorian and Tasmanian offices with some travel required across all our locations.
People & Culture Specialist/Team Leader
Permanent, Full time. Approximately Salary 98K + Salary packaging and Superannuation.
The People & Culture Specialist will provide timely advice and support to organisational employees and leaders, building a culture of confidence, responsiveness and sensitivity to any matters relating to the employment relationship. Leading a team of 3 People & Culture Coordinators this role will have oversight of the People & Culture help desk and will act as an escalation point for more complex matters requiring further investigation.
This role will regularly collaborate with the Employee/Industrial relations team and external stakeholders to facilitate appropriate investigative and restorative processes intended to maintain as a priority, professional working relationships.
This role would suit a solutions focused HR professional wanting to lead the development and implementation of a range of People & Culture policies and procedures to support the employment relationship with a focus on appropriate consultation and collaboration.
