Job Description:

We are looking for an amazing candidate to join our Customer Service team for a part-time, fully remote role. The ideal person would be flexible, reliable, patient, a great communicator, good under pressure, self-motivated and an excellent team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high amounts of incoming customer emails and social media messages
  • Monitor social media comments
  • Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
  • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
  • Be a flexible team member who is able to respond to changing demands on their role, such as if a show is unexpectedly postponed.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Clear understanding of the importance of being a positive and productive member of the team
  • Strong administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Familiarity with different social media platforms
  • Customer orientation and capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
