Duties include answering incoming phone calls, answering product questions, taking verbal orders over the phone and providing updates on order tracking and status. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers ensuring each call is handled in a positive and helpful manner. Responsible for processing customer orders through our software program and communicate via email with dealers regarding questions, quotes and orders. Ideal candidate will have a High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business field preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills i.e. familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. We need a positive team player to join our office and support our business.
