Porter Preston provides wholesale window treatments, drapery hardware, blinds and shades and shutters to the trade. We have an immediate opening in our Customer Service Department looking for a positive, skilled team player to join our team. We need an enthusiastic individual that wants to learn about our products and offer their well-trained product knowledge and service to our customers.

Duties include answering incoming phone calls, answering product questions, taking verbal orders over the phone and providing updates on order tracking and status. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers ensuring each call is handled in a positive and helpful manner. Responsible for processing customer orders through our software program and communicate via email with dealers regarding questions, quotes and orders. Ideal candidate will have a High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business field preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills i.e. familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. We need a positive team player to join our office and support our business.
