About the Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a Senior Talent and Resourcing Officer. Responsible for end to end recruitment for the whole organisation you must understand current market trends and be proactive in delivering creative recruitment solutions in a highly competitive market.
On a day to day basis you will be:
You should have previous experience in recruitment, a desire to deliver process improvements, provide a high level of service and an ability to work alongside and coach our Talent and Resourcing Officer.
Remuneration and Benefits
Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary (until the end of 2023 with the potential to become permanent), 35 hours per week
Salary (exclusive of super): In the range of $84,663.13 to $92,472.30 depending on skills and experience
