Populus Financial Group is seeking an Employer Branding /TA Strategy Manager to grow employer brand awareness for our family of brands, focusing on increasing applicants and employee retention. This exciting, new role will work closely with several cross functional stakeholders.

Due to COVID, most of our corporate workforce continues to operate in a remote working environment; only a limited number of employees are approved to work regularly scheduled hours at the office. This position will work 100% remotely until the broader Corporate workforce returns to the office. Plans to return to the office will be communicated to employees with as much notice as possible. Upon return, this position will work a hybrid schedule with two days each week (Tue/Wed) in the office and the other three days remotely (if preference is to work in-office full-time, this is an option).

The Employer Branding/ TA Strategy Manager is responsible for managing employer branding initiatives in collaboration with cross functional teams including Marketing and Operations. Implements strategies to measure and improve employee experience (Voice of the Employee) and grow employer brand awareness focusing on channels such as career’s page and recruitment media (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) with data driven business analysis and support, to position Populus Financial Group, Inc. as an employer of choice.

Major Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage company employer pages; develop metrics, monitor performance, and report results; identify areas of opportunity and make suggestions
• Lead development of “Employee Review Management Program” for employer pages and recruiting sites (Indeed/Glassdoor)
• Assist with development of project plan to execute Social Media Recruitment Strategy, then lead project plan to execution
• Oversee the company’s social media presence and partner with cross functional teams to grow employer brand awareness as part of the ongoing Social Media Recruitment Strategy
• Manage social media content calendar and employer branding components within CareerArc; assist with the development of metrics and create routine reporting
• Manage and maintain documentation for our Employee Value Proposition (EVP); highlight EVP with story telling that sets the company apart from other competitors; leverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the company culture and employee experience; ensure recruiting teammates and hiring teams have the information and tools to tell our story
• Lead Voice of the Employee Program including Employee Net Promoter Score by partnering with vendor team to prepare, launch, analyze, and report results of pulse surveys; assist with development and implementation of action plans; manage keyword alerts by partnering with HR Employee Relations Manager to monitor and respond as necessary
• Plan, implement, and monitor several initiatives running concurrently
• Assess and report on strategy effectiveness

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, and 5+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition/Corporate Recruiting/Recruitment Marketing, or Employment Branding Marketing required
• 8+ years of experience working within Corporate Communications, Talent Acquisition/Corporate Recruiting/Recruitment Marketing, or Employment Branding Marketing, in lieu of degree
• Exceptional project management skills and demonstrated experience in driving complex projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with multiple key stakeholders required
• Experience and comfort working with talent acquisition platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other job boards, plus a variety of marketing tools including social media marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics platforms required
• Understanding of communications strategy (both internal/external), media relations, reputation management, as well as emerging trends in communications technologies required
• Experience with metrics and measurement and ability to tell a story with data

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position might require long hours and weekend work.
