Popson Development Hiring for Administrative Assistant at Scottsdale, AZ Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule appointments for the owner
• Track tasks and schedules in “Builder Trend”
• Update project schedules in “Builder Trend”
• Telephone and email Sub-contractors, Suppliers & homeowners
• Process Subcontractor Agreements
• Lien Waivers from Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Enter bills and reconcile accounts in Quickbooks Pro
• Process Monthly draw requests in Excel spreadsheets
• Manage organized filing system
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration
• Quickbooks experience
• Office Suite experience
• “Builder Trend” experience helpful
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills

Office location – 10383 E Rising Sun Dr Scottsdale AZ 85262

Work Hours – Mon – Fri – 8 am – 5 pm with 1 hr for lunch

Compensation – $50,000 with Performance bonus opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
