About Poppins
Poppins is a modern, online platform that handles payroll and taxes for household employers (like families with nannies). We are located in beautiful downtown Boulder. Poppins has a tight-knit team of driven and kind individuals who take satisfaction in creating a great customer experience and in contributing to the company’s rapid growth.
About the Position
We are looking for people who are passionate about providing household employers with an amazing customer experience. You will guide our clients and prospective clients through our payroll services, explain the ins and outs of payroll taxes, and solve real problems for our clients. You will do so in a fast-paced and supportive working environment, all while jumpstarting your career in the high growth tech industry.
This position involves a mix of at home and in office work. Most of our employees spend two days a week in the office, which is in downtown Boulder.

Our compensation is comprised of a base salary and a quarterly bonus based on growth. We have been consistently growing at a rapid rate, and our employees love our compensation structure. We cover 75% of our employees’ health and dental premium. Our employees can also participate in our 401K plan, in which we match 50% of their contributions up to a maximum of 5% of their salary.
