We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Talent Acquisition Specialist creates and drives all activities in the full-cycle Recruitment lifecycle. Talent Acquisition Specialist is a highly motivated recruiter that can engages across the full life cycle of the recruiting process and ensures that we attracts, recruits and selects top performing individuals. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting RN’s, NP’s, Physicians and Medical Directors at a high volume.

Position Essential Functions:

• Be a strategic partner to the business while serving as a subject matter expert on recruitment strategies
• Develop a deep knowledge of our business lines and their competitive landscape establishing both an internal and external network of contacts.
• Conduct effective requisition strategy meetings that establish sourcing plans and set expectations with hiring managers.
• Creates a communication pathway with hiring managers that promotes a partnership for acquiring the necessary talent.
• Identify and implement new and creative methods to source qualified candidates; strategize with hiring managers/supervisors and the People Operations team to attract top external talent.
• Solicit candidates utilizing various sourcing techniques including website postings, social media, cold calling, and any other appropriate resources as necessary.
• Review resumes and employment applications and conduct screening interviews; document all phases of the recruitment process.
• Negotiate employment offers in partnership with hiring managers.
• Update the applicant tracking system and any other HRIS systems, as appropriate, so information regarding candidates can be easily retrieved.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of recruitment best practices, and make appropriate recommendations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to problem solve and work autonomously with a sense of urgency

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with corporate positions. Healthcare recruitment a plus. Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate)

• Strong sourcing skills utilizing techniques such as advanced Boolean and X-Ray searches.
• Strong Social Media skills, including utilizing and actively participating in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. to generate leads.
• Previous experience conducting data analysis/metric reporting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably with Paycom
• Ability to communicate, interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates
• Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to team success
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in the workplace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
