Successful restaurant group is looking for an assistant to the Controller to help with daily entries and monthly reconciliation for multiple restaurants.

Qualified individual will be highly organized with attention to detail and possess excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Invoice Data Entry and Journal Entries
• Preparing Monthly P&L Statements
• Bank Reconciliations and Month End Closings
• Human Resources

Requirements/Skills:

• Proficient in QuickBooks (A Must)
• Knowledge of Financial Reports
• Proficient in MS Office (Must be able to Manage Spreadsheets)
• Attention to Detail, Problem Solving Skills and able to Multi-Task
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Self- Motivated, Trustworthy
• Can Work Under Pressure with Deadlines
• Works Well with restaurant manager’s and is willing to assist the team as needed
• Restaurant Experience is a Plus

Pay:

· $25.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
