Pollen is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to oversee critical mid-senior level hires across our all our Data roles as we rapidly scale.

At Pollen, our vision is to be responsible for 3/5 of people’s top memories. By the end of 2021, we expect hundreds of thousands of people to be finding and purchasing experiences through the Pollen marketplace. We’re on plan to 2x our 350 strong headcount in the next 12 months with offices in London, Los Angeles, Toronto, Vegas & Wroclaw, and backing from some of the most exciting VC’s in the world, this is an exciting time to be at Pollen. In order to help us get there, we need experienced tech recruiters to take us there.


In the next 12 months you will:

  • Independently manage the hiring of critical mid-senior level talent.
  • Manage and foster relationships with key / senior stakeholders in your vertical and become a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Maintain a strong level of performance to consistently hire world class talent and become the go-to recruiter in your vertical.
  • Ensure targets are delivered within timelines, at a high quality.
  • Manage multiple sources to seek out top talent to include active (job boards) & through headhunting top passive candidates and maximising referral channels.”
  • Proactively build and maintain builds and maintains pipelines of qualified future talent.
  • Champion our talent data revolution to ensure we are educating our key stakeholders on external market conditions and ensure we are as competitive as possible in the talent marketplace.
  • Champion candidate experience through technology, initiatives and writing compelling recruitment copy.

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment.
