Polar Sapphire Ltd. is a manufacturer of high purity aluminum oxide powder (alumina) with a factory located in Oakville, Ontario. Our innovative manufacturing process focuses on improving yields and reducing total cost of ownership for our customers. We combine hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgy to perform purification at a lower temperature and with less power, thereby reducing costs and improving the consistency of our product’s purity.
Planning & organizing production of High Purity Alumina
Overseeing production processes
Assessing production resource requirements
Supervise & manage the work of production staff
Ensure Health & Safety policies and regulations are followed
Liaison with other departments including Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Sales
Co-ordinate relevant training
Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
