POKE & POCKET Hiring for Cashier/Customer Service at Oshawa, ON Full Time

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who enjoy communicating with people to join our team of Customer Service Associates. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling customers’ questions, resolving product issues and acting as cashiers during shifts. The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about being a part of a team that helps people and is responsible and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to count money quickly and accurately.
• Communicate with customers on the phone and in person.
• Use remote access to connect to computers.
• Work the front desk.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have the ability to be on your feet all day.
• Have excellent grammar (no slang or “internet speak”).
• packing delivery food well.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 3-12 months
Part-time hours: 12-20 per week

Salary: $15.50-$17.80 per hour

Day range:

• Every Weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
