We are looking for a .Net developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.

In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.

PBE is a federal contractor and applicants must be is a U.S. citizen or is lawfully admitted for permanent residence (i.e., has a green card).

Essential Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Ability to identify the cause of, document and fix issues.
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
• Use and adapt existing web applications for apps
• Create and test software prototypes
• Develop client displays and user interfaces
• Assist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirements
• Coordinate with other software professionals and developers
• Responsible for gathering information about business processes
• Supports user trainings for the software implementation.
• Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean work area.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.
• Familiarity with the .NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• Experience using C# .Net
• Knowledge of relational databases with SQL Server
• Understanding Agile Methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills supporting process implementation.
• Strong analytics skills and a strong, flexible team work oriented attitude.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate clearly in English.
• Oracle databases (a Plus)
• Worked before with Microsoft Dynamics AX (a Plus)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
