Howdy – We’re Pocono Rentals & Management! And I’m Dave, the owner. We’re a full-service short-term rental home management business – that was a mouthful… in other words, we manage Airbnb’s in the Poconos!
We We Do:
Our clients are homeowners who have vacation homes in the Poconos and want to make money renting it out while they’re not staying there. We manage their homes for them by making them the MOST money they can (optimizing listings, dynamic pricing, other industry jargon words) all while taking the work off their hands. Said another way, twe take all the work off their hands and they make money! And then we make a percentage of what they make as a “management fee”. Everyone wins, it’s pretty great!
We’re growing quick, and this would be a great opportunity to get in with a young(ish), profitable company that is on the up-and-up! We’re independently owned and operated – started by managing our own personal home back in 2019 and now manage over 75 homes. This year we’re on pace to process over $5.5million in rentals and have ambitious growth plans for 2023 (hence why we’re hiring!).

We’re looking for someone local who can wear a few hats and help run the business! Required Experience and Skill-set – We believe some of the best candidates are able to learn quickly and bring fresh ideas from outside experiences! However, there are some soft skills we find important:
Hours:
Primarily M-F, 9a-5p. This isn’t a 60 hour/week start up job. Some days may be 6 hours of work, some may be 10. They won’t all be 9-5, and sometimes you’ll be in the office and other times you’ll be out and about.
Compensation:
The position will be salaried with a revenue share. We find the best “partnerships” are ones where both parties feel like they’re winning and we want to make sure any teammate we bring aboard feels more-than adequately compensated for the work they’re doing (and we feel that they are meeting that value on our end!). This is determined by level of experience, but our compensation range is starting at $60k-65k/year (and as we grow, you will be compensated more in turn!).
