As a Talent Program Coordinator within PNC’s Talent Programs organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Job Description
Supports talent program initiatives, recruiting, programs and strategies through coordination and execution of administrative and logistic deliverables
Assists with the coordination and implementation of processes, projects and initiatives that provide organization and efficiency to the Talent Program team.
Supports coordination of communication projects including electronic and in-person communications.
Coordinates and supports internal and external Talent Program team events.
Helps with administrative elements of reporting and metrics.

Project Management – Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve project objectives.
Staffing And Recruiting – Knowledge of and ability to use techniques to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
