Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager owns full-cycle recruitment, represents, and promotes Stanley to the outside market, builds relationships and assesses potential talent, shares talent insights, is responsible for the interview process, presents market-competitive offers to candidates, and maintains communication with candidates until they are onboarded into the company. This role will work with groups across the organization to develop a strategic talent sourcing plan, drive communications to increase brand recognition with diverse talent pools and align sourcing strategies with the People Team Strategic Priorities.

This position will be hybrid in our Seattle, WA office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition activities; understand metrics around sources of talent; fill rates; diversity metrics, return on investment, etc.
• Provide realistic job previews, the values, and discuss each employee’s impact on the Stanley business, to create a place of belonging and opportunity for future Stanley employees.
• True thought Partner to the business using best-in-class recruitment skills and strategic sourcing strategies to assess and attract talent.
• Understand the business and provide guidance to hiring leaders to attract top talent.
• Be a brand ambassador. Create strong partnerships with industry leaders, universities, trade schools, and other outlets that will expand outreach to diverse talent.
• Keep a pulse through check-ins with hiring leaders to identify gaps with problematic requisitions and create, communicate, and implement action plans to close the gaps.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess the level of interest, technical skills, qualifications, and compensation requirements. Track candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Assess the competitive landscape; design and develop creative ideas to strengthen Stanley’s strong position as an employer of choice.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and the business to understand opportunities around new headcount, timelines, recruiting process improvement, and service level agreements.

Who You Are

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting components including, talent sourcing, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trend and ing talent data.
• Support hiring leaders in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements according to the function and business strategy.
• Own, measure, and lead recruiting ing on a recurring cadence.
• Research and understand the current recruiting environment to improve sourcing and onboarding initiatives to lead the way in inclusive recruiting practices.
• Operate with consistency and focus on continuous improvement (process, tools, programs, etc.) to deliver business impact and insights.
• Proven track record of independently balancing multiple requisitions and talent-driven projects simultaneously while still being effective in both a structured and ambiguous environment.
• Effective communicator (verbal, written, and presentation) with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
• Commitment to the candidate and hiring manager experience (e.g., emails, phone calls, proactive in giving feedback and supporting communication).
• A solution-focused approach with the ability to identify problems and drive solutions.
• Experience influencing strategic talent initiatives.
• Demonstrates successful and creative use of social, professional, and networking sites to identify and source candidates, solid understanding of Application Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
