Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager owns full-cycle recruitment, represents, and promotes Stanley to the outside market, builds relationships and assesses potential talent, shares talent insights, is responsible for the interview process, presents market-competitive offers to candidates, and maintains communication with candidates until they are onboarded into the company. This role will work with groups across the organization to develop a strategic talent sourcing plan, drive communications to increase brand recognition with diverse talent pools and align sourcing strategies with the People Team Strategic Priorities.
This position will be hybrid in our Seattle, WA office.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.
