CRM Business Analyst – 3-Month Contract

Introduction: PMCi Consulting, a leading consultancy specialising in ICT project implementation, is seeking a skilled CRM Business Analyst for a 3-month contract. The primary focus of this role is to gather comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business requirements, playing a pivotal role in shaping the foundation for an impactful CRM system.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

• Conduct detailed workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather CRM business requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements related to CRM functionalities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with business units to understand their unique needs and challenges.
• Engage with stakeholders to define and refine CRM system expectations and objectives.

Documentation:

• Document clear and concise CRM business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.

Analysis and Evaluation:

• Analyse gathered requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and CRM trends.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of CRM requirements.

Requirements:

Proven Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in CRM projects.
• Track record of successfully gathering and documenting CRM business requirements.

CRM Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of CRM functionalities, workflows, and integration with other systems.

Analytical Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business processes.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating requirements and insights.

Collaboration:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and business units.

Duration:

3 months (with the potential for extension based on project needs).
