Key Responsibilities

• Develop training strategy and content.
• Test and review training materials
• Plan delivery of training
• Deliver and facilitate training to staff using a combination of e-learning, webinars, and face to face training.

Knowledge And Experience

• Experienced trainer, comfortable with facilitating
• Familiar working across the Microsoft suite
• Excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
