PM-Partners Hiring for Marketing Manager at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time


PM Partners are seeking to hire aMarketing Manager, to be responsible for the activities and output of the marketing team to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly team meetings and prioritisation of tasks.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of the progress of their requests.
  • Research content, s, competitors etc as needed to support the strategy.
  • Copywriting is required from time to time, including the creation of content briefs and arranging meeting with SMEs.
  • Management of HubSpot platform for lead tracking and attribution eg creation of landing page forms
  • Management of eCommerce sites and transaction flow
  • Working with the supplier closely to have oversight and driving of SEO results, AD Spend results (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Oversee email marketing activities of the team.
  • Oversee event activities from the team.
  • Oversee of graphic design and imagery to drive brand consistency.

Knowledge And Experience

  • 5 years + experience working in a marketing role for a B2B /Consultancy /Training business.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and its use (social media, google Ads, SEO etc)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with and provide support to an experienced team across function: design, digital marketing, journalism, web etc.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and HubSpot is desirable but not essential.
  • Interested candidates must be open to working from office (CBD area) at least 4 times a week.
