PM-Partners Hiring for Instructional Designer at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Responsibilities

• With the aid of instructional design principles, you will create learning experiences that are interactive and engaging to meet the desired objectives.
• Be able to incorporate diverse learning methods inclusive of simulations, multimedia, and hands-on activities.
• Conduct evaluations and use the results to make necessary improvements to the materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure the accuracy of the content produced.
• Provide ideas around design to enhance the aesthetics of the visuals.
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions to educate learners.

Requirements

• Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital projects, with proficiency in instructional design methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement, be able to work collaboratively with SMEs, external vendors.
• Strong organizational skills
• Candidates with links to their portfolio will have an added advantage.
