PM-Partners are seeking to hire aBusiness Development Manager, to be part of our successful sales team working across Financial Services, Local& State Government and Energy/Utilities. Candidates withrecruitment background or worked for a consulting companywill be ideal.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth of profitable business across our 3 main service lines (consulting, resourcing, and training)
- New business generation within existing accounts and opening new accounts.
- Accurate territory planning, account planning and forecasting
- Account management and a customer centric mindset
Skills& Experience
- Experience in selling consulting services and/or recruitment.
- Highly dynamic and self-motivated
- A track record of sales results vs target
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
