Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement online marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative strategies to attract customers to the company’s brand through various social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others), various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
• Utilize platform analytics to monitor social media posts, website traffic and internet activity related to the company and products.
• Identify appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of product.
• Oversee the implementation of online marketing plans; compile and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of such plans.
• Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
• Coordinate influencer/affiliate marketing efforts by maintaining existing relationships and developing new ones.
• Work with influencers/affiliates on product launch collaborations.
• Assists with development of the organization’s website to ensure its efficiency and efficacy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum 3-5 years in digital marketing.
• Thorough understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategies.
• Experience in developing and executing cross-platform social media campaigns that are designed to build community and increase engagement.
• A love for social media marketing and its ability to reach others.
• Strong understanding of key social media platforms and how to use them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
• Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics.
• Ability to implement marketing plans.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, onsite at our corporate offices in Payson, Utah. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
