Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare sector to join the team for our partnered Healthcare organisation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing healthcare business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing Salesforce solutions to streamline operations and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, understanding the unique needs of healthcare organizations.
• Design innovative Salesforce solutions tailored to the healthcare industry, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
• Map out current healthcare workflows and processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Configure Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud, to meet healthcare business requirements.
• Analyse healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive operational improvements.
• Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing to ensure the successful implementation and functionality of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with specific experience in the healthcare industry.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
