Plover Pediatric Dentistry Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler at Potomac, MD Full Time

Plover Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a receptionist to join our team.
There is availability for a Full time or Part time position.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM with a one-hour lunch break.

The receptionist position also includes providing some clinical support when needed.
Job duties include providing customer service for prospective and existing patients, answering phones, responding to emails and text messages, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, verifying insurance benefits, maintaining cleanliness of the office. Clinical support duties include dental instrument processing, cleaning treatment rooms between patients, and preparing supplies.
Training for the job duties is provided.

The compensation for this position includes
$25 an hour,
6 Paid Holidays for full-time positions,
4 Paid and 3 Unpaid sick days for full-time positions and prorated for part-time positions,
and Uniforms are provided.

Experience in or knowledge of the dental field is required.

Plover Pediatric Dentistry is a new children’s dental office that opened in July 2022 located in the Cabin John Village Mall, Potomac MD. Our name “Plover” comes from the Egyptian Plover bird that cleans the teeth of crocodiles along the Nile River. Like the Plover bird and Crocodile’s relationship we strive to create positive relationships with our patients and team.

As a newly constructed office you can expect a bright, clean, and modern work environment. The interior design creates a calming yet playful experience. There is medical grade HEPA air filtration throughout the office and cleaning protocols created to keep the environment safe and healthy. We have easy-to-use computer systems with software setup to support an efficient workflow and large ergonomic workspaces.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
