We’re looking for someone to oversee daily sales administrative operations and assist in upleveling our Customer Success organization. You will be the primary owner, and manager of the systems and processes that enable our growing operations team. You will work cross functionally with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure that our processes are repeatable, scalable, and top quality while improving internal processes for our teams.
A successful candidate for this role must exhibit attention to detail, process improvement experience, strong Project Management skills, and demonstrated mastery of CRM workflows (such as PO management, invoicing, ticketing systems, etc. ). They will handle systems management, data entry, revenue processing , and general organization.
Roles And Responsibilities
Evaluate and configure CRM accounts, create licenses, update licenses at time of renewal, archive expired licenses and document procedures internally
Prepare and issue customer invoices and reconcile with POs and Salesforce opportunities.
Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, workflows, vendor registrations, and all other procurement tasks.
Drive customer experience improvement through creating templates/onboarding slides with the customer info such as dash enterprise url and number of users
Help automate customer outreach / periodic check ins
Work with services and finance teams to track invoices and match to Salesforce objects
Drive operational improvements within customer success, focused on cross functional collaboration and effective cross functional communication
Requirements
Experience in client management with large global corporations
Complete understanding of customer invoicing processes and AR management
Experience working with Customer Success teams
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio of projects
Prior CRM experience
Strong Project Management skills
Experience with vendor registrations and procurement processes
An understanding of data science, analytics and or software development workflows
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making
