Do you want to work somewhere you can contribute to the delivery of some cool products while learning new tech stacks and being able to stretch outside your current comfort zone? If so, we want to talk to you…
Pleora is a place where when we say “full stack” we really mean it: from custom hardware based on ARM platforms, to no-code software solutions, we do it all. We’re known for our real-time sensor interface products, and wrote the book on image processing technologies and standards. We’re everywhere: industrial automation, medical, and security and defense markets. Our leading-edge offerings include software-focused solutions for image processing and machine learning.
Summary
We need software developers with an ability to work at multiple levels – from higher-up in the stack at the front-end level, to looking at APIs, to lower down layers with C++. We work on new products and features, customer projects, and maintain some great legacy work as well. We’re a lean team that gets to work in multiple areas and are constantly learning as a result – if this intrigues you rather than scares you – you are meant to be here! To be successful, you need a solid foundation in development with experience in C++, Linux, ARM/x86 platforms, scripting and REST APIs. We’ll get you up to speed on the rest and you’ll enjoy the challenge of learning as you go, with support from your team and leadership.

Experience developing back-end components using Python (or similar) an asset
