What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team as we enter the next phase of our growth journey. You will be a true business partner who works with leaders across Plenti to help us secure the best talent across Australia. We’re going to double in size over the next 12 – 24 months which means you will paly a critical role in shaping the business we become through ensuring we attract and retain the best team!

Which means:

• Get stuck into a broad range of functions including Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Service and many more.
• Own hiring processes for from end to end.
• Adopt a continuous improvement mindset by continually looking for ways to improve how we do what we do across employer branding, team culture, event & job board strategies and candidate communications.
• Day-to-day support with ad hoc talent attraction, selection and on-boarding activities such as: job ads, resume screening, pre-screening interviews, market mapping and new hire check ins.
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through traditional and creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Meetups, GitHub, Slack etc).

What are we looking for

• 1+ years experience working in candidate management or recruitment role
• Experience with the full-cycle recruitment process
• A passion for people and getting the best out of those around you.
• Existing understanding of the differences between roles in technology start-up.
• Highly developed interview skills.
• Comfortable working in a technology focused and data-driven environment.
• Passionate about building a cohesive culture, driving a sense of belonging and purpose to our people.
• Desire to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and work closely with managers to operationalise the vision for employee experience.
• You will need to be a fast learner and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Open, honest and shows kindness.
