About the role

ing to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in the development of new clients and the technical sales of automation hardware, such as:

• Rockwell Automation
• Siemens
• Schneider
• Mitsubishi
• Hitachi
• Omron
• Panasonic
• Cermate HMI
• Phoenix Contact
• Norco Industrial monitors & PCs.
• And a wide variety of other Industrial Control and sensors.

Qualifications

Electrical trades industrial background is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in the sale of Industrial Control & Automation Hardware.

• Previous experience using a CRM system.
• Ability to technically review and submit prospective customer RFQ’s to our sales dept and value add where possible. 
• Be able to review quotes for accuracy and promptly follow up.

• Ability to show previous experience in achieving the highest customer satisfaction & support
• Ability to be an outstanding professional who can represent the business in a direct selling role at all levels
• Ability to prioritise time to maximise effectiveness and outcomes.
• Ability to develop business and drive new opportunities through creative and technical sales techniques
• Be socially connected and know how to leverage various platforms efficiently for opportunities

It would be advantageous for the applicant to have website editing skills and be able to put together marketing material for Linkedin posts and email campaigns.
