Job Description

Based in our Gibraltar office and reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources, we are currently seeking an HR Project Coordinator to join our growing team. You are the glue connecting all HR projects and global activities at our company. In this role you will support leaders and departments to ensure that special projects are executed in line with scope and deadlines.

You will be involved in a large range of varying HR specializations and will have a unique opportunity to enage with Playtech’s core HR functions; Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, GDPR, Succession Planning and Mentorship.

The successful candidate will have outstanding collaboration and listening skills, will have great business acumen and will actively contribute to various projects and meetings. You will be good at problem solving and always aiming to find new solutions to get things done. In addition, you are someone who aims high to deliver their projects, can multi-task and work on concurrent projects while maintaining an excellent level of quality.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills/experience:

Previous cross-functional experience in HR or project coordination or equivalent academic background to college level or higher

Legal background is a plus

Advanced spoken and written English

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Orientation on results and getting thing done
