We are looking for a Finance System Administrator to join our growing team!

Are you the one who loves improving on system processes, searching for new solutions within existing systems, and what else you can add to take things to the next level? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring your department’s best abilities to support the company business to hit its goals?

We are looking for someone who is curious with a mind bubbling with ideas and suggestions, and that has a talent for working with others to identify where the systems could better support the users, train them where needed, and test and troubleshoot. You will be the application owner and the contact person for the global finance tool and the first point of contact for all finance users.

This position is placed directly in the Finance department (currently 25+ people in different roles) reporting to the Business Control Team Lead. The role will include lots of collaborations with the Accounting team, BI team, developers of internal tools, Internal IT, and external system consultants.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Experienced individual contributor that requires minimal supervision
• Support smart business decisions making
• Works for high automation in processes
• Proactive with suggesting changes and investigating new tools
• Creates and maintains manuals, guides, and other instructions
• Product owner for specific financial systems
• Business Central inc Addons (Exflow)
• Concur
• AARO
• Finance Sharepoint
• Power BI
• Superadmin in global finance systems controlling accesses
• Project manager for implementations, integrations and change projects for said systems

Requirements:

You should have had experience from similar roles earlier, if that includes working with the Microsoft tools such as MS Dynamics Business Central, Power BI, and Power Automate that is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• University degree within a relevant field (finance or system science)
• Experience with project management
• Experience with MS Dynamics systems (Business Central, Power BI, Power Automate)
