KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will work closely with the PLAYGROUND social, creative and account service teams to implement social media strategies for our clients.

• Implement social media marketing strategies for PLAYGROUND clients
• Brief creative teams to develop and create engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest
• Manage multiple social media accounts, including scheduling posts using a content calendar, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring and analysing performance metrics
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and platform updates, and adjust social media strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the creative team to create high-quality visual assets, such as graphics, videos and copy for social media
• Collaborate with the account team to understand clients’ business objectives and ensure that social media strategies align with those objectives
• Monitor industry trends and competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities and improve social media performance
• Assist in creating monthly social media performance s to clients and recommend areas for improvement
• Conduct social media audits to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the account service team to develop social media strategies for upcoming months
• Attend client meetings to discuss social media performance and strategy updates
