Do you like working with children? How about playing with LEGO®? Would you like to use a ridiculous amount of LEGO materials to teach kids how the world works? If so, then this may be your dream job!

We are looking for smart, creative, dynamic instructors to deliver great programs. Play-Well TEKnologies (http://www.play-well.org) is an educational enrichment company that introduces children in grades K-5 to concepts in engineering, architecture and physics. We are looking for part-time LEGO Engineering Instructors to teach during the school year in the area. This position could also continue into teaching summer camps. Buckle up – this is hard work! Lugging 40 pound totes into class, leading excited kids through challenging projects, managing classroom conflicts, cleaning up all those LEGOs — the hardest job you’ll ever love!

VACCINATION POLICY-

Effective September 30, 2021 all current and future employees who will be teaching or attending in-person programs must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

If you are a new applicant and have not been vaccinated yet, upon hiring we require a proof of vaccination appointment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $21.25 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Do you have your own, reliable vehicle with which to transport the LEGO materials and get to different class locations?
• Are you able to lift at least 25 lb and are you comfortable/able bending, stooping, and moving bins around on a daily basis?

• What hours are you available Monday through Friday, specifically in the afternoon? Please specify which days and times you are available.
