Summary

· ​The Shopper Marketing team is seeking a consumer-first, data-led, and results driven leader to serve as the Retailer.com Contractor responsible for executing the Retailer.com website content across all retailer channels.

· This position is responsible for uploading digital content for retailer requirements while simultaneously upholding Shopper Marketing standards.

· Aptitude for using different software platforms is a requirement of this role – attention to detail, organization, communication, agile learning. This role will directly to the Retailer.com Sr. Analyst/Senior Brand Manager and will work cross-functionally with the MDM team.

· Shopper Marketing is part of the Brand and Strategy Organization.

· The Shopper Marketing team works to serve the rational and emotional needs of the shopper across their shopping journey – directly and in partnership with retailers and key stakeholders – making the shopping experience better tomorrow than it is today.

· The team embraces the shopper as the “end consumer” and works to remove friction and simplify the shopping journey.​

Roles & Responsibilities

· ​Execute digital assets on Retailer.com sites to bring out the best online experience

· ​Understand the different retailer.com requirements and processes

· ​Effectively communicate digital asset gaps and updated retailer requirements within the Shopper Marketing Team

· ​Exceed or meet deadlines to accurately fill out Retailer.com specific templates for new product SKUs in addition to SKUs currently in-market

· ​Co-Lead and implement Quality Assurance (QA) process with Retailer.com team for accuracy in all product data/images, product launches, and marketing information​

· ​Strong understanding of digital marketing with the ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges

· ​Lead with a growth mindset, consumer-centric, insight-led, and naturally curious with a sense for solving problems that others may not realize exist and a desire to push beyond the status quo.

· ​Strong communication skills, both written and verbal plus the ability to perceive and present information both analytically and creatively

· ​Excellent critical thinking, sound judgment and effective decision-making ability.

· ​Proven success working in a fast paced, complex matrixed environment

· ​Strong interpersonal skills: empathetic and highly collaborative with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups

· ​Aptitude for working with Internet tools and databases (Syndigo, Web Scrapes, etc)​

Minimum Qualifications

· ​Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

· ​2+ years’ experience in brand/shopper marketing, digital, marketing communications, brand strategy/management or agency​
