Plaxonic Hiring for Key Account Manager Full Time

Job Description:

The Account Manager will:

• Manage key client relationships, with C-level executives by communicating effectively with delivery team members, client management, and project stakeholders on status, issues, timelines, goals, and outcomes.
• Co-lead / participate in internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up, including quarterly business reviews with the client.
• Eloquently represent Nagarro’s unique value proposition by developing a deep understanding of Nagarro’s service portfolio and consultatively presenting it to prospects and existing clients.
• Track metrics around account sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Create, implement, and track relationship roadmaps and Key Account Plans.
• Experiment with and implement relevant tools; campaigns; and work cross-functionally with the marketing team, sales team, business unit teams, and other functions.
• Own and manage master service agreements for key accounts and drive contract negotiations with procurement and IT customers.
• Support new client acquisition as needed.

What you’ll bring to Nagarro:

• The ideal candidate would have 15-20 years of experience in Technology services sales or account management roles.
• Should have understanding of Texas Public Sector Ecosystem (State/Local/Higher Ed).
• Experience working with consulting or professional services companies in an account management capacity is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate technology solutions at a high level including Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Data and Analytics, and related topics.

Must have:

·       Experience with selling IT services in public sector

·       Size of deals they closed should be in MILLIONS of Dollars

·       Experience with RFP

·       Knowledge of Texas public sector

·       Excellent communication skills

Some pointers for the profiles to look out for:

·       Have Public Sector experience, this is a must-have. 

·       Have experience with RFPs.

·       Are local to Austin or open to relocate since day 1, as they should be able to go on-site 2/3 times a week.

·       Are familiar with and have a network in Texas. 

·       This is a hunting role, so they will be closing new deals and getting new logos. 

·       You can look for job titles such as: Business Development Managers, Client Partners, Account Executives, and Key Account Executives. 

·       On the screening call you can ask them for 2 references, their deal closure sizes and how they have closed these deals. 

·       You can explore junior profiles with even 10 years of experience. 

·       IT Service sales experience within the Public Sector is a must.
