Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a beautiful 4-Star Hotel and spa who are looking for a Chef De Partie to join their busy team on the out skirts of Winchester.

Please note that due to the location of the hotel, your own transport is essential, or live-in accommodation required.

• £30,000
• Less than 50 hours per week
• Live in available at a small cost if needed

What’s involved?

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with the standards and specifications of the hotel.

You will also assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and supervising the junior staff.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar position in a hotel or a fine dining restaurant. You should also have a flair for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You should be able to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with your colleagues and managers.
