We are AllWello juice, an up and coming healthy juice brand. We craft 100% USDA organic, all natural, fair trade certified, non-GMO, never from concentrate, healthy, and sustainably-packaged cold-pressed juices & shots that taste amazing! We are seeking a bookkeeping to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be hard-working and a self-starter, is able to handle accounts payable, some journal entry and assist with inventory receiving data input. Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks desktop, Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

Handle Bookkeeping tasks

Provide general administrative support

Manage Excel files/spreadsheets

Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications

At least 4 years of any relevant experience

Bookkeeping experience

Very comfortable with excel

Tech savvy

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
