Platform Accounting Group Hiring for Recruiting Assistant at Remote Full Time

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the recruitment process. This person will be a key player in providing a positive experience for candidates and colleagues, and will develop meaningful relationships consistent with Platform’s purpose, brand, and values. This position can be entirely remote, but you must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do:

• Assist in the recruiting process including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews across the organization, ensuring all participants are well prepared.
• Publish, socialize, and refresh job postings and announcements.
• Source and engage with candidates for seasonal positions.
• Assist with Internship recruiting including sourcing talent online and on campus when possible.
• Identify new advertising recruiting sources and new/creative ways to attract candidates.
• Review resumes, prescreen candidates, forward resumes to hiring managers, generate offer letters, and conduct reference checks.

What we look for:

• 2+ years recruiting/office coordinating experience, and/or administrative support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new/evolving technologies – someone who is a fast self-learner on different platforms, programs, apps.
• Experience with a start-up preferred.
