Plastpro,Inc Hiring for Sales Manager at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

• Recruit sales and customer service coordinators; implement sales orientation and training programs
• Manage assigned sales staff and assist with skills development, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
• Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets
• Act as a resource to sales staff in contract opportunities and proposals
• Assist sales staff with pricing, closing the sales and developing sales plans for accounts
• Attend trade shows
• Coordinate and assist in leading sales meetings
• Maintain current knowledge of products
• Monitor competitive activity and develop new methods to capture and retain customers
• Answer questions from customers and resolves complaints
• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; Sales and Marketing, or related field and five (5) years of sales management experience in the building materials industry, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
