As Plastipak Recruiter, you are a valued business partner, engaging with top talent & hiring managers to achieve win-win outcomes.

You are a member of the Strategic Talent Acquisition Team, aligned to key stakeholder groups, including IT, Engineering and Manufacturing Operations.

In addition, you’ll participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our talent acquisition infrastructure, having a hand in initiatives to impact our recruiting capabilities across the organization.

You Will

Serve as a talent business partner to stakeholder groups, providing guidance and input to shape solid talent acquisition outcomes.

You’ll proactively manage a caseload of requisitions from inception to fill. A typical caseload is 8-10 reqs for professional & niche roles, as we value the stakeholder partnership and candidate experience.

• As a STAT team member, support our sites across the US as a recruiting subject matter expert & / or serving as the recruiter for high-priority niche roles.
• STAT maintains the talent acquisition infrastructure for the company. You’ll participate in projects, ranging from process design and improvement, recruiter and manager training, recruitment marketing, technology / tool implementations and more.
• Keep abreast of market landscape, talent acquisition & industry trends, along with happenings within our business. In addition, dedicate energy to your own learning & professional development through Plastipak Academy & recruitment industry resources.

You Have

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical / engineering and manufacturing operations segments
• A proven track record establishing credibility with stakeholders and serving as a valued talent business partner
• Solid capability to build and deploy search plans, source & engage on-point candidates & manage the selection process to successfully hire the right talent for Plastipak
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for Workday, as well as other recruitment tools & platforms
• Exemplary ethics and integrity to maintain confidential information
• Attributes for success, including a driver mentality, influential interpersonal style & ease of adapting to shifting priorities.

In addition, you have a zeal for learning & enthusiasm for keeping up with the constantly evolving space of talent acquisition
