Tasks

WHAT YOU‘LL GET TO DO

As our Recruiter (m/f/d), you’ll focus on active sourcing of candidates via social media, handling our entire recruiting process on a national and international level and thus actively contribute to our strong growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership and eager to have a huge impact on a fast-growing scale-up in the B2B SaaS space!

AMONG OTHER THINGS, YOU WILL

• Handle the entire recruiting process for London and support the recruitment in other entities
• Create and develop our job profiles in coordination with the respective departments
• Select suitable recruiting channels and place our job ads
• Be responsible for the entire applicant management incl. appointment coordination, pre-selection of candidates and conducting of interviews
• Be actively involved in shaping our employer brand
• Take over administrative tasks in the recruiting process

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

• Ideally you have a degree in HR / Recruiting
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in recruiting
• You have experience in active sourcing of candidates via social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• You are flexible, service-oriented and ready to perform
• You are used to working independently, well-structured and precisely
• You have excellent MS-Office skills
• You have excellent English language skills
