PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

We don’t require prior dealership experience, although it’s beneficial if you have it. Other ideal backgrounds include banking, investments, financial advising, and insurance–especially if you’ve had experience selling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

After a customer completes preliminary paperwork for a vehicle sale, you will meet the customer, in person or over the phone, and assist them with financing or leasing options. You will assess their needs for other products including extended service contracts (warranties) and vehicle protection products such as key-replacement insurance. Some attention to detail is required to make sure various legal documents are completed accurately. As a senior member of the team, you will need to play very well with others. The schedule is five days per week, a few less than fifty hours per week, but involves many weekend days.
