Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist provides hands-on support of the digital marketing strategy through planning, execution, management and analysis of marketing campaigns with the goal to increase engagement, response, and lead generation opportunities.

Works smartly and efficiently through digital campaign automation, testing, measuring and continuously improving based on results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops and implements tracking and marketing attribution components for end-to-end measurement of multi-channel marketing efforts.
• Handles day-to-day management and deployment of email campaigns with accurate and timely ing.
• Plans, implements and manages digital marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and drive traffic through SEO, paid media and social media marketing.
• Monitors analytics within digital media campaigns to identify actionable strategies and feedback.
• Conducts A / B tests to optimize outcomes to hit key performance targets..
• Brings creative ideas on lead generation, channel partnership, and other avenues of growth.
• Identifies opportunities, trends and insights and make recommendations for optimization and new campaign development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field required.

Experience

• Minimum two (2) years digital marketing experience required.
• Digital Marketing experience in the mortgage industry preferred.

Functional / Technical Skills

• Broad understanding of digital marketing including ability to work within marketing automation platforms to efficiently and quickly execute complex audience-based digital marketing campaigns through online advertising, email marketing, websites and landing pages.
• Proven experience with developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Ability and willingness to work hands-on and think creatively when obstacles arise.
• Experience with Google Analytics, PPC campaign management, website management / development, project management a plus.
• Strong ing and analytic skills and ability to relate results to business objectives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to stay on deadline required.
• Ability to multitask and learn new things rapidly.
• Base-level understanding of coding HTML / HTML5 using CSS
• Experience using the following software (or equivalents) : Email deployment system (Click Dimensions, etc.) Adobe Suite DreamWeaver Landing page (Unbounce) and website (WordPress) builder Ricochet (or other lead management system) Microsoft Dynamics a plus Excel
