What will this role achieve?
Provide HR Business Partnering support to designated UK&I corporate and commercial functions (e.g. Customer, Marketing, Finance, R&D, Facilities, SQSE, Procurement) through developing credible and positive relationships with UKLT members, UK Extended Leadership Team Members and broader management groups!
Own the HR agenda for designated functions in line with agreed functional agendas covering performance management, talent development, engagement, and reward
Work in partnership with the resourcing team to provide an effective and proactive approach to recruitment and talent attraction & onboarding across corporate teams
Contribute to the development of the overall corporate & commercial HR plan for the UK&I region. Work with UKLT members and their leadership teams to develop the annual operating plans for designated functions
Work in partnership with UKLT members on implementing solutions that support the ongoing development of leadership capability within designated functions
Champion our HR operating model across functions in order to optimise its efficiency, acting as the interface between functions and the wider HR function
Work with leadership teams to identify key areas impacting upon business performance such as functional capability or engagement levels. Own the measurement and evaluation of issues and work in partnership with functions to build action plans to improve performance
As required take the lead role within the corporate & commercial HR team for coordinating the deployment of UK&I plans for key priority areas such as Inclusion & Diversity and Colleague Health & Wellbeing across all corporate and commercial functions
Support global initiatives such as HR system change rollouts
Work with senior leaders on managing organisational change activities for designated functions, from business case development to implementation. Support wider change activities as part of the corporate & commercial HR team
Deputise for the Head of HR – Corporate & Commercial Functions as required, assuming an active role with the UK HRLT as required

What do you need for this role?
Experience of working within a HR role, Business Partnering with functions, including some experience of partnering with senior stakeholders.
Previous experience of supporting or leading on the successful implementation of organisational changes
Developing plans to improve employee engagement and tangible and demonstrable results
Implementing performance & talent management policies and processes
Comprehensive experience of working with a range of people policies – including flexible working, maternity, disciplinary & grievance, performance improvement
Knowledge and experience of employee relations issues, including resolution of ER issues through facilitation
HR systems knowledge & experience
Employment law legislation understanding and when to use
