The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing, implementing and administering organizational and human resources plans, policies and programs related to recruitment, selection and retention of employees.
In addition to these responsibilities, this position will also provide support as needed in areas of training and development, benefits compensation, safety and other day to day tasks or projects.
Essential Accountabilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
