As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work with the People & Culture Team, In-house Audio/Visual Producers, Area Coaches, and stores to build a strong managerial bench. We need a person who is willing to find talent, build an inclusive culture by developing relationships with the community.

Must Haves:

• Humble, hungry and emotionally smart
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the hospitality industry
• A track record for finding Top Talent
• Experience working in a restaurant
• Strong understanding of recruiting through social media (specifically LinkedIn) and job boards
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once using time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• A track record for developing relationships with the community
• Ability to develop and implement a recruiting platform
• Position is mostly remote, with a weekly meeting in Fort Wayne
• Must live a reasonable driving distance from Fort Wayne
• Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus
• Ability to have FUN in the uber-competitive world of recruiting

The Gig:

• Live the company culture and core values
• Recruit, interview, and hire through multiple mediums, including job boards, social media, job fairs, community outreach, etc.
• Provide Area Coaches with recruiting insights, tools and practices to fill staffing needs
• Daily communication across teams (operations, people & culture)
• Establish and build community relationships
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Develop and report on recruiting/hiring metrics
• Research and report on market salaries and wages
