Pixi is one of the fastest growing Beauty brands and we are looking for flexible, hardworking individuals who are self-motivated, passionate, energetic and have a proven track record of sales success and the ability to adapt to different environments. Along with a strong training and sales ability, and a proactive work ethic, the ideal candidate will have experience in the field of beauty/luxury retail sales and have an understanding of skincare/makeup application.
Role Description
As a sales and education advisor, you will spend your time in various retailers which include Boots, M&S, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Flannels, as well as any other retailers that may require support. You will execute consistent training and education that delivers strong brand DNA & product knowledge, you will also be responsible for delivering personal sales and achieving KPIs, driving brand awareness, and building rapport with all retailers and instore staff at all levels.
This position requires a blend of skills, including strong product knowledge with confidence to present and train, strong selling skills, clear communication, competency, and immense dedication. Retail Sales & education Advisors will report directly into the Regional Sales & Education Manager.
Key Job Responsibilities
· Planning and executing training and education with various retails throughout the Region.
· Ensuring all stores have strong knowledge on Pixi Brand DNA & product knowledge.
· Organising day to day activity/ events/ out posting to drive footfall and maximise sales.
· Building strong relationships with Pixi team as well as Boots, M&S, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and Flannels Management and staff to ensure Pixi is their first “go to brand”.
· You must be confident but approachable.
· Delivering exceptional customer service.
· Building loyal clientele – Educating customers on Pixi Brand ethos and product knowledge.
· Meeting sales targets and KPIs, Strategic thinking is key to ensuring expectations are met
· Interacting with customers, performing facials and makeovers to convert into sales.
· Being Proactive & self-motivated.
· Outstanding level of communication with Management and team members.
· Ability to complete Weekly and Monthly Reporting to a high standard
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines.
· Keen Eye for detail, ensuring Merchandising and OOS issues comply with quality standards
· Working closely with Regional Manager to deal with problems by providing creative & practical solutions.
· Flexibility on weekend work and ensuring key retail periods are covered
· Flexibility to travel as Pixi evolves as a brand.
· Adhering to all company guidelines including but not limited to attendance & grooming.
· Being a great Pixi Brand Ambassador at all times with a hands-on attitude and always leading by example.
Essential Skills Required
· Confident and able to travel across the Region daily to multiple retailers
· Strong communication skills with the ability to perform training and education clearly and confidently.
· Proven sales ability – Meeting assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
· Previous experience in Retail industry – Beauty /Cosmetics preferred
· Confident in retail environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills – Vital in customer-based roles.
· Candidate should possess good written as well as excellent verbal communication skills.
· Shows thoroughness and accuracy when completing all tasks, in a timely manor
· Ability to work alone as well as within a team.
· Passion for Beauty & Health Industry.
