Pivotus Hiring for Digital Marketing Analyst at Australia Full Time

You will be at the forefront of uncovering valuable insights and driving data-informed decisions to optimise our clients marketing strategies through data collection, cleansing, harmonisation and visualisation,  System and Process management and Operational support. This role is for a proactive, improvement-oriented person with great attention to detail who has a passion for leveraging data to enhance lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall customer experience.

You will join a team of 20 based in Australia, India and the Philippines in this totally decentralised staffing model. To fit in with the communication and output priorities at Pivotus you will most likely reside within the UTC/GMT +5.30 to +12 hours time zones. 

We’re looking for a mature, autonomous and accountable Digital Marketing Analyst to build upon the existing quality foundations that already provide a meaningful impact to our clients. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be supported in this role by both the Operations Director to whom you , and Business Intelligence Manager who oversees data management and visualisation.

• Manage inputs and data visualisation (Google Looker Studio) for client dashboards and internal company performance analytics to present actionable insights.
• Using visual best practices to simplify and present analyses and project outcomes so that anyone can understand them
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the ETL process, utilising Funnel.io and Google Big Query.
• Perform in-depth analysis of marketing campaign analytics to uncover actionable insights that will enable our team to optimise our clients campaigns and increase client engagement and acquisition.
• Use SQL to manage and manipulate tables in Google Big Query, enabling complex analysis and integration of data from multiple sources. 
• Set up, audit, create, and test GTM (Google Tag Manager) tags across our clients’ digital assets.
• Set up, manage and carry out analysis in GA4 on behalf of Pivotus and our clients.

SELECTION CRITERIA – ROLE REQUIREMENTS

You have strong technical skills and experience: 

• 2+ years working in a data analyst, business intelligence or ing analyst role.
• Experience with Data Visualisation requirements and tools including GoogleData Studio (preferred), Tableau or Power BI 
• Advanced spreadsheeting skills – Google Sheets or Excel. 
• Knowledge and proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques.
• Proven ability to analyse data from multiple sources, prepare comprehensive s, and provide insightful commentary to drive decision-making and marketing strategies.

And you have the soft-skills that are needed to excel within Pivotus: 

• A passion for your craft, constantly exploring new ways of leveraging data and solving problems.
• Proven experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams, including demonstrated success in managing own work.
• Curiosity, and the understanding of its importance in a Data Analyst role.
• A need for attention to detail and thorough communications.
• Strong critical thinking skills – able to perform client-critical analysis with limited oversight. 
• A team orientation and proven superior customer service levels that compliments your independence as a specialist in your field

SELECTION CRITERIA – NICE TO HAVE

• Programming proficiency in Python, R, Javascript or other languages is desirable.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics, in particular GA4.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Cloud implementation and troubleshooting is a bonus.
