Position Summary: Pivotree is seeking talented, entrepreneurial-minded individuals with a proven product management background to join our product team as we continue to build innovative services. Pivotree’s goal is to offer digital commerce services that delight our customers. The mission of the product team is to drive the product strategy and execution to achieve this goal and solidify the Pivotree brand as a customer focused commerce service provider. In order to achieve this, we need product lifecycle directors that understand the needs of our business with focused ownership and revenue.
You will be responsible for a mature lifecycle stage product category and driving profitability and retention within the install base. This role is open to anywhere remote in Canada & the United States. Roles & Responsibilities: • Work directly with the GM and be held accountable for the lifecycle management of a major commerce product category • Build a lifecycle and retention plan to retain our install base and increase profitability • Build a roadmap of new initiatives to upsell, cross-sell and position future Pivotree services for expansion and migration • Create in-market opportunities and sales plays with existing product and capabilities • Work with the sales and marketing team to activate sales plays to raise customer satisfaction and retention measured by the limit against churn • Establish cadence with end customers, and our selling community, to act as a trusted advisor • Create and harness data to drive product decisions as we mature product category scaling • Establish and analyze the key lifecycle metrics and goals of your category – report monthly to executive leadership Key Skills and Competencies: • You have 7-10 years experience as a leader in product management; direct experience with full lifecycle management, sunrise to sunset, and expertise at later/mature stage product management • You have excellent communication and customer-conversation skills and public-speaking experience • You can own major initiatives and business outcomes • You are self-motivated and can operate and execute with a sense of urgency, discipline, decisiveness and focus. • You have proven ability to confidently and clearly communicate both technical and business topics to a variety of groups, including customers, senior leadership team, designers, architects and developers.
